Any technology-focused individual, business or organization is eligible to nominate themselves or others who are doing something exciting. Past nominees are encouraged to resubmit their application. Previous winners and finalists may apply if they have a new innovation.

Selection
Award winners are selected annually by a panel of distinguished academic, technical, investment and business leaders from various organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. Nominations are judged on scale of 0 (lowest) to 5 (highest) in the following capacities:
