Saint Luke's Foundation names new chairman

Saint Luke's Foundation in Cleveland has named a new chairman.
He's Thomas Rathbone, a foundation trustee since 2005. Mr. Rathbone succeeds Sandra Kiely Kolb, a former banker with National City, who served as chairman for four years and will remain a trustee.
The foundation said Douglas Wang, former chairman of its Investment Committee, will serve as vice chair and Geraldine H. Burns will be secretary.
