Opera Cleveland names development director

Opera Cleveland has named a new director of development.
Tracy Lee Glenn will join the staff of Opera Cleveland on Jan. 28. She will be responsible for growing annual fundraising as well as cultivating the company's funding from corporations, foundations and individuals.
Ms. Glenn, a Cleveland native, most recently served as program director of the International House of Blues Foundation in Cleveland.
"Tracy is a great match for our company," said Will Cole, executive director of Opera Cleveland, in a statement. "Her motivation and experience in not just development but marketing and education as well are a boon to a small organization like Opera Cleveland."
Ms. Glenn holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's of arts in teaching from Kent State University.
