Ursuline College is launching a new MBA program in January.

The 36-credit hour program is designed to be completed in as little as 12 months and could be coupled with an undergraduate degree, both of which can be finished in as little as four years.

The MBA has been split into four major topics, including; ethical and entrepreneurial leadership, accounting and financial planning, health services management, and marketing and communications management. The four areas were chosen because they are projected to have a high number of employment opportunities in the future.

“Our courses have been designed to include a strong emphasis on ethics, entrepreneurial leadership, teamwork, technology and globalization,” said Debra Fleming, Ursuline's executive director of business programs and lead professor in accounting and management for the new MBA program.
