Cleveland Foundation's latest gift to Northeast Ohio is free tickets for Goodtime III cruises

11:10 am The gift — dubbed Cleveland Foundation Weekends on the Water — is meant to showcase the foundation's support of projects that improve access to the Cuyahoga River and Lake Erie. The cruises will take place on Saturday, Sept. 13, and Sunday, Sept. 28.

Klein News Distribution to close operations

K&D Group sells three apartment complexes 

11:30 am Roco Real Estate of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., acquired from K&D the 399-unit Loganberry Ridge Apartments in Richmond Heights, and the 300-unit Parkside Gardens Apartments in Euclid. The Breakwater Apartments building in Cleveland was acquired by BTA LLC.

Nordson Corp. acquires Netherlands-based Dima Group B.V. 

11:44 am The acquisition is not material to the precision dispensing equipment company’s results. Dima will be part of Nordson’s Advanced Technology Systems segment.

Invacare sells Altimate Medical to Beachwood firm
